The Parental Alienation Association Ireland does not collect any data from visitors to the web page. We do collect the following data when you are registered in the member area:
Personal identification information (Name, website user name, and email address)
Team, group, or other roles where you are serving within the PAAI
Any other data that you voluntarily enter under your profile as on your profile page.
Certification information as confirmed by the management of the PAAI.
Note that Internet Service Providers and web hosting sites may record your Internet Protocol address (IP address), your browser type, the type of operating system used, and in extreme cases, your media access control address (MAC address).
You directly provide the Parental Alienation Association Ireland with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:
Update the register online
Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards or via email.
Use or view our member area via your browser’s cookies.
Approach an advisor, supervisor or serving member for assistance and the advisor or serving member identifies a situation where they are legally obliged to record your information. They will also immediately inform you that they recorded the information.
The registrar will update your profile as needed where a certification status needs updating.
The Parental Alienation Association Ireland will not attempt to obtain your data in any other way.
The Parental Alienation Association Ireland collects your data so that we can:
Allow you access to the members-only
web pages that you are allowed to access, depending on your role in the organization.
Email you only if it is needed in terms of the membership handbook of the Parental Alienation Association Ireland.
Confirm validity of data if required for public audit.
Publish your information, as requested, on the public register.
The Parental Alienation Association Ireland will not share your data with any other organization or group other than the official State Department, or the Court Service. Some of your data may be visible to other members.
The Parental Alienation Association Ireland will share your data with law enforcement or other authorities when required by law or on the order of the court.
The Parental Alienation Association Ireland securely stores your data on a secure Structured Query Language (SQL) database, located on the domain where you signed in. The domain is hosted in Ireland by Irishdomains. The Parental Alienation Association Ireland will keep your login data for as long as you are a member, paying or otherwise, who needs to sign in at any of the secure web pages. Once this period has expired, we will delete your data by deleting your membership from the database if you did not delete it yourself.
The Parental Alienation Association Ireland does not market any products, and will not send you any marketing information.
